General Info

Tucked inside the busy dining corridor of Yohama Noodles at 5115 Spring Mountain Rd #217, Las Vegas, NV 89146, United States, this Asian restaurant offers a casual yet memorable place for noodle lovers. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere feels welcoming and relaxed. It’s the kind of spot where families gather, friends meet for a quick bite, and solo diners quietly enjoy a comforting bowl of ramen. As an Asian-owned establishment, the place carries a strong sense of authenticity, and that shows clearly through the menu.

During my visit, the first thing that stood out was how approachable the menu felt. The selection isn’t overwhelming, yet it highlights several standout dishes that keep people coming back. One of the most talked-about items is the Tonkotsu Ramen, a rich, deeply flavored bowl that feels both hearty and satisfying. The broth is comforting, and the noodles hold just the right texture, making it a great choice whether you’re stopping by for lunch or dinner.

Another dish that immediately caught my attention was the Spicy Miso Chicken Noodles. This bowl delivers a bold flavor profile without being overpowering. The spice level adds a pleasant warmth that builds gradually with every bite. Alongside that, the Tomahawk 2 5 IB Spicy Miso adds a dramatic and flavorful centerpiece to the menu. It’s the kind of dish that makes you pause for a moment before digging in.

To balance out the richer options, the Cucumber Salad offers a refreshing contrast. Light, crisp, and simple, it works perfectly as a starter or side dish. Meanwhile, the Khao Soi brings a different layer of flavor to the experience, giving diners a slightly more complex noodle dish that stands out from typical ramen offerings.

The dining experience at Yohama Noodles also feels very accessible. It’s clearly designed to be family-friendly, and the quick service makes it easy to stop in for a fast meal without sacrificing quality. The restaurant also provides vegetarian options, which is always appreciated when dining with a group that has different preferences. Payment is straightforward as well, since credit cards are accepted, making the visit smooth from start to finish.

Because of its convenient Las Vegas location, Yohama Noodles has quietly built a reputation among locals who frequently share positive reviews about the flavors and welcoming atmosphere. The space isn’t overly flashy, yet that simplicity adds to its charm. Between the comforting ramen bowls, flavorful specialty dishes, and relaxed dining environment, it’s easy to see why this restaurant has become a reliable spot for noodles in the Spring Mountain dining scene.

What customers say?

“ Heard good things about this place located in Chinatown just off the strip. Decided we would give it a try. If there was a six star rating here I would give it for the food. Absolutely amazing. Had the tomahawk steak with the black garlic noodle soup. Portion was huge and very tasty. My wife had the teriyaki salmon bowl. Both dishes were incredibly tasty. Like I mean absolutely delicious. Price point was very reasonable and great service. Highly highly recommend this hidden gem. ”

“ The salmon was just ok, next time I'm definitely trying the Ramen Flight! The service was impeccable. It's pricey but so is everything right now. Definitely visiting again. ”

“ 10/07/25 visit Walked in as a party of 7 and we were sat immediately. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere just because we were the only table there so we didn’t bother anyone. I came to try the ramen flight and both the So-I curry and Creamy broths were my favorite! You’ll want to drop the proteins in quickly and mix so you don’t end up with cold meats like I did. The Buldak omelette was an interesting dish but we enjoyed it overall! Service was decent overall. I think they did forget a couple of things but it wasn’t a big deal. We all agreed we would visit again based on this experience. ”

“ Tried the ramen flight and it was perfect for the three of us. There were spicy broth and not spicy ones. Couldn’t finish everything but happy to have tried all of them. No wait time on a Friday evening and even got a free beer from a gentleman! Will be back to try the tomahawk steak next time. ”

“ Super friendly server. We were seated immediately. Tried the ramen flight and the portions were a lot bigger than expected! The ramen is also delicious. ”

“ Great place with vegan noodle soup options. I tried Shoyu Vegan Soup, which was delicious. Lots of green veggies in it, noodles and hot flavorful broth. The restaurant wasn’t busy for a midweek early dinner. Perfect for being able to have a conversation or coming with a bigger group. Great, fast and friendly service. Plenty of free parking out front and in the garage below. ”

“ This place was fantastic. I tried the spicy miso soup (not very spicy, but they give you their house chili oil on the side which has a very nice crisp for additional heat), the broth was flavorful, thin al dente noodles (so key), soft boiled marinated egg, nice thin fatty pork, green onions and mushroom. They were thoughtful in all aspects for the bowl so i knew it would be good. I also tried the broth of my friends creamy beef which seems to be a tomyum inspired broth and that too tasted fantastic so ill be getting the creamy shrimp next for sure. Very affordable pricing too. The staff was quick, food came out quick, attended to us when we were low on water and asked us if everything was good so excellant customer service. The atmosphere was clean and spacious. Definitely try the yuzu sherbert, it tasted like a orange lime and very fragrant. ”

“ Best ramen I have ever had. I’m bummed that I haven’t been able to find anything similar to the yohama So-I curry chicken in Northwest Arkansas so I’m already planning a trip back. Exceptional service, nice clean restaurant. Can’t wait to come back! ”
